If you want to perform online trading through POEMS, there are two ways to apply for POEMS service.

1. To apply directly with a marketing officer at the head office Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL or at other eight branches of Phillip.
2. To apply on the Internet via POEMS websites. An interesting person can print out the Internet-version of POEMS start-up kit promptly by clicking on a "Open account" button and fill out all included forms accordingly.

The following steps will clarify on how to apply for each POEMS account type.

• An individual who is interested in opening a prepaid account must complete all required entries and sign account holder's names in every field with the symbol "X". (If there was any correction made, they must be accompany by your signature)
• Incorporating with the POEMS application form, an applicant must attach additional documents including:
  1. A copy of House Registration (including the first page)
  2. A copy of the government-issued ID card, the employee's card of government-owned agencies or passport
  3. A copy of Bank Statement (the page that has your name and account number on it)
• 30 baht fee

For customers who want to apply for E-dividend, please attach additional documents listed below.

1. A copy of the government-issued ID card, the employee's card of government-owned agencies or passport
2. A copy of Bank Statement (the page that has your name and account number on it)

Upon verification of all completed documents of an applicant of POEMS, the prospective client should receive a mailer containing password and PIN--for Telebroker--to access his/her POEMS account within seven days. If the password and PIN mailer does not arrive within seven days, please call for assistance at 02 63 53 123, POEMS Customer Support.

Additionally, the evaluating period to permit any ATS to a prospective customer may take up to 30 days. Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL does not promise that every ATS request will get admitted and Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL also reserves the right to grant a cash Internet account to a prospective customer upon approval of documents in hand.
