• Banks designated as receiving banks must be domestic branches only.
• Investors must use savings or current account only.
• The service is provided only for dividend / interest paid by issuing companies who have join the e-Dividend Program. Name list of these companies can be viewed from TSD website List of the Company that join e-Dividend program
• If you wish to alter your shareholder information: title, name, surname, nationality and address, you have to submit an application for alteration of shareholder information. Download here
• You can change the condition in receiving the dividend/interest both from crediting bank account to physical cheque or renew bank account by submitting TSD the notification letter together with the additional evidence.

2. Copy of front page of bank account (savings or current accounts only) that shows the investor's name. Join account is acceptable.

3. Other documents required to be submitted are :
     - for Individual Person

• Copy of the security owner's identification card or
• Copy of other cards, house registration certificate (which shows the name and identification number of the security owner) or
• Copy of alien certificate or passport (for foreigners)

     - for Juristic Person

• Copy of Affidavit issued by Ministry of Commerce within the past 12 months and
• Copy of the identification card of the director empowered as signatory.

4. There are two ways to send your e-Dividend service's request.
      4.1 You can mail your request together with the documents required by the TSD to:

      4.2 Submit your request to TSD through your brokerage firm.
