New Client:

You can either contact Phillip Securities (Thailand) Plc or our branches near your home or download the online application forms:

	1. Application Form
	2. Offshore Trading Agreement
	3. W-8BEN Form (For trading U.S. stocks)

Please complete all required entries and sign account holder’s name in every field with the symbol “X” and submit your application forms and the supporting documents, with a 30 Baht fee to :

“POEMS, Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL at 849 Silom Road, 11th Floor, Vorawat Building, Bangkok 10500”

Existing Client:

If you already have an account with Phillip Securities (Thailand) Plc, Please contact your designated marketing officer or download the Offshore trading agreement here. For trading U.S. stocks, please also complete a “W-8BEN Form”

After you fill out the agreement, please submit the agreement to :

“Phillip Securities (Thailand) PCL at 849 Silom Road, 15th Floor, Vorawat Building, Bangkok 10500”
