Corporate Action áÅÐ Stock Futures
Corporate Action usually means Capitalization change on the
underlying stocks i.e. Stock split, Reverse stock split, Cash
dividend, Stock dividend (Bonus issue).
Such events will have effect on the contract value of the specific
Stock Futures.

Contract Adjustment
Principal : TFEX may take any
actions to protect the position holders from unfair gain/loss
from such Corporate events.
Practice Guideline :TFEX may
adjust contract specification, Futures price together with the
other appropriate approaches to eliminate or best minimize effect
from Corporate Action.
